There isn't. But if you can remove a 'stock' action, (the ladder comes with the action already applied) that would probably be the easiest way to fix this.

Is this mod working on 1.7.7.1 ?
I could not answer this for you as I use it in a Tavi 2.0 server. I can tell you that this script is still very buggy as I have not yet been able to resolve several issues with it yet,
1. Once ladder appears players have the option to "drop" (place) the ladder, or "climb" the ladder. If the player climbs the ladder without dropping it first they instantly begin to teleport.
2. After ladder is "dropped" and the player starts to climb the ladder, they still receive the option of lowering or raising the ladder. With this the player is allowed an infinite ladder that can bring them to the top of any building or all the way to the sky.
I have asked several people for help with a fix for these issues but have had no luck to date.
