Because 5 years on, most every bolt you see will be one that has been pulled from the corpse of a zombie, it might be cool to add a chance of infection if you get hit by a crossbow bolt. The idea being that infected blood gets into your system when it pierces the skin. Maybe a 20% chance? I'd say the same should occur with hatchets as well.
