infiStar Admin Tool

I have recently purchased infiStar admin tools for my server. I have followed all the required steps as it states in the instructions that are included. The issue I'm running into is that when I try to log into my server, I get to "waiting for server to start authenticating." It stays on this until it kicks me back to lobby. I don't know what I did wrong in the process, as I've been going over all the steps for the steps for the past 6 hours. The only thing I can imagine being wrong, is the instructions say to delete a line of text from my mission.sql in reference to EPOCH (which is what my server is), but my mission.sqf doesn't have that line of text in there. Anyone else familiar with infiStar?

do you have any rcon tools like epm rcon or dart or something?
then please connect to the server with this first... so you can see the reason for the kick in this tool easily

and then try to connect onto your server with your game...
