Just dreaming out loud here, but would it be possible to add in a NPC with a Stationary Plane/Boat nearby (For effect only) with a menu option to "Travel/Switch" between servers/maps for a currency cost?
With Dayz Epoch there is NPC traders, perhaps it could be worked in similar to that? Not sure if its in the code to force a player to another server... does not have to move with their gear, perhaps leaves it in a storage box for them that's unique to their GUID/Player ID.
Theoretically this would be running on a Dedicated Server not a 3rd party host.
