Is it possible, spawn a vehicle in real-time on server?

Was looking for a way to spawn vehicles without restarting the server. Is it possible?

but with these tools, vehicles, I spawn, do not go disappear when I go out and come back on the server?

They disappear on restart since they don't get saved to the database
