Is it possible to add a preset music radio to vehicles?

This is the idea

Player gets into a vehicle
use action menu to turn radio on / off
use action menu to choose track.

Plays a preset music file from server which player can hear and also people near vehicle can hear.

Can this be done just server side or would it require client side mod?

but it is just a client side and not sure if other people can hear what you are playing.
