Is it possible to disable the weapons on helicopters?

As title states: I am looking for a way to disable the MG on the side of helicopters. Specifically the UH1H, Mi17, MH60 etc

These just seem to me to be way over powered.
 
You could some how mess with the spawns to make them spawn with no ammo. Some of the ammo on those guns you just cannot find. If that does not work just use other hellies.
