Is there anyway to add in Skins usually in Arma to Epoch?

I've been wanting to add in skins like the MARPAT skin into the traders and have tried multiple times but i have not been able to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Would work only with a new addon. Or with a Scroll wheel action
