Hi all. I just arrived last night and I am looking to see how other people do things on other servers. A friend of mine runs a server, and I attempt to Admin on it, but would love some tips!
What tips are you after? We could be here for hours discussing admin tips, but I find the best way is to make sure everyone implements rules the same. If one admin doesnt do refunds, then none of you do otherwise people undermine your authority and go to other people for refunds or unbans etc if they perceive you as being 'weaker' or easily manipulated.
