Since some new vehicles are unbanned in lingor 1.1.1...
Someone bug vilayer to alter the biplane to have no radar function
So the following is mainly just position fixes for default Bliss Lingor vehicle spawn locations...
Since afew were odd spots
i.e
bus that spawns sticking outof second floor of industrial building in benio...
the miltary offroad spawning inside a tree...
pbx spawning on a road and afew others...
vehicle spawning outside map...
Normal Spawn Locations + fixes (no new vehicles added / no extra spawn location)

Is just sql statements for altering vehicle spawn positions on lingor
Bliss-Standard+Fixes.zip
Is just the mission file so u can see the vehicles positions with ingame editor + makes it handier to add new ones..
Vehicle id's in the file match up with the database vehicle id's
