I highly recommend TSW as a DB manipulation tool, but not as an anti-hack. TIP: Never let any 3rd party tool be an absent admin! As for anti-hack, you gotta do some research as there are a few options out there if you look around.

He has a great anti hack and at a good price.

Blue phoenix's admin tools is a must for my servers, using the spectate tool to check out new players is a great way to check for hackers.
I also use TSW as its a good admin tool and has some great features.

I use this, excellent tool for spectating players who are suspected of wrongdoing. Not sure you need the ability to spawn everything in the world in, but hey it is handy for our PVP events at the weekends
