Hello there everyone my server is looking for a scripter who will be able to do the work that we need done and to be able to do it when we need it.. There will be pay, we can discuss this when we see you are suitable for our needs. If you are wanting this positon please MSG me. Thx

Which basically means, that we provide "example fixes", which you then put on your server and after you say: Sorry mate, but you did not match our requirements, you'll not get paid. - Right?

Appart from that a few contact Informations would be nice, for ex. TeamSpeak³? Or Skype?...
 
No not at all, we will not ask you to do something for us then tell you your not good enough.. Thats utterly retarded. And for contact info i will PM that to who would like to work for us. And when i said discuss i meant discuss your pay..
