Moving to 1.8 & 1.0.2.3 Epoch?

I run an Epoch server through Vilayer and was thinking about upgrading to epoch 1.0.2.3 and maybe dayz 1.8. Currently I'm running on 1.0.2.1 for epoch and 1.7.7.1 on dayz. I was wondering if any of the following mods work on 1.0.2.3?

Remove clothes / Mission System / R3F Tow & Lift / Safe Zones with God Mode / Zed Nuker Script
Improved Epoch Trader Menus / Refuel & Repair
