Need help with a few scripts, willing to pay!

Hey ive got alot of scripts on myself and starting to rip my hair out with a few and i could use some help.

What i want:

1 step building - tryed many times all failed
deployable bike - failed a few times
evac heli - failed few times
id like to ajust loot aswell
maybe even more

ill take any advice or links to working guides or even your working scripts. im willing to pay for assistance if necessary.
