Need Help with Taviana 2.0 Server Setup

Hello, I'm new to hosting a dayz server and want to host a taviana 2.0 server. I have no idea where to start and have tried googling to no avail. Is there any step by step guide anywhere with all of the files or can someone help me? This will be a non-bliss server and as of right now I have arma2 and oa freshly installed and installed dayz 1.7.4.4 / taviana 2.0 from dayz commander along with mysql on my box (never used databases before lol). Also I seen servers with 200 vehicles and custom loot. I want to be able to do that as well. Thx so much guys.

Please help this newbie, it is driving me insane!
 
thx richie for the link!!! altho thats for a bliss server and what i been reading alot of ppl have had some bad lag with bliss servers. Question what is the difference between a bliss server and a non bliss server. Also is there a github like that but non bliss by any chance?
