New server questions

I want to start a new Epoch server but I have a couple of questions. Hope this is the right place.

1. If i install scripts and dayz has an update to i need to re-do all the scripts I added?
2. will the scripts and mods on this site work on Epoch?
 
1. First rule - always make a backup copy of the files that you edited. When a new DayZ/Epoch version is released, the Server PBO and Map PBO will become overwritten with the default PBO file from the latest update. However if you replace it with a PBO file version you were using BEFORE you updated the DayZ/Epoch version in your server, it _SHOULD_ work (I am not saying it always will).

2. Depends on a script, sometimes you might have to adapt them to work with Epoch. Script authors usually post compatibility info in their threads concerning each of their scripts. The PBO files might also differ between various DayZ hosting providers, but generally those differences are cosmetic.
