New traders

Hi guys from couple days trying to sort our new server, but i think im done with this, i can edit, add things to my traders, but dont know how to create new ones.

i need 2 new traders.

1 - at hero to sell/buy armored vehicles and helis
2 - at stary to sell/buy better weapons ammo etc ...

do anyone can help we with setup this on my server ?

Theres a few how tos on the forums search first and try before wasting $$
