Nuke scipt help

How are you wanting to activate it? by scroll wheel? whenever the server starts?
Who do you want to be able to use it?
You do realize this will kill almost everyone on your server as soon as it goes off.
 
Well I found this one script that is just for show and causes no damage. I would like that activate the nuke by clicking shift-p on the map. I can show the script if you would like.
 
The script in that is beyond scope. Someone would have to take it and port it over to server side.
