Placable player map makers with player name

Does anyone know of a script that attaches a players name to map makers they place.

Getting some immature kiddies placing map markers with abusive language etc and I'd like to know who they are... I have see a script that does this but for the life of me cant remember what mission it was from.

Im looking for the same thing.. lemme know if you find somthing that records who places what.... its annoying as hell ... usually i just bluff lol
