Player custom loadouts in 1.7.7.1

We had custom loadouts for certain players prior to 1.7.7.1 and they worked just "fine". Now, however we cannot get them to work. What needs to be done to get them to work again? =(
 
Neither of those have fixes for custom loadouts on 1.7.7.1 :( I had already read those. Thank you very much for the help though!
