[SOLVED] Problems with Namalsk

I have installed the Server Package from Stapo. It went all good but i noticed, that there are no vehicles on Namalsk. I looked into the database and noticed, that there was no "hitpoints" table/chart. Is this normal?
So all in all: Why do vehicles not spawn?

all vehicles that have spawn should be in the 'object_data' table, if not add me on skype: xx_stapo19_xx and ill help you more.

thanks stapo for the support. i have changed the mysql port and forgot to change it in the start server.bat
