Random Humanity Loss and Character Duping

Anyone seen this before? Getting complaints of massive humanity loss. A personal friend had this happen to him last night. 1st he was in a helo, crashed it...lost a massive amount of humanity. We were fixing transport in Electro and he lost some again.

Also, its not an epidemic, but I'm seeing player character dupes all the time lately it seems. Happened to me....log in/out and there is a dupe but with face all bloody like. I can provide a pic.

Any clues or suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance!
 
I saw something on duping that I think might be addressed in the 1.7.8 update. So no big whoop.

But the humanity thing is going to hurt my humanity based wardrobe.
 
Having this massive humanity loss happen with metis launcher and satchel charges on my server also it removes gear.
