Repair option not visible

I am running an Epoch Chernarus server. When I scroll where it should say repair vehicle it is blank but if I click it shows what I can repair and it will repair. The problem is its not showing "repair vehicle" when you scroll. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

I messed up installing self bloodbag it wasnt showing repair, salvage or trader menus. I will read more carefully next time .
