Respawning at death location with full gear

Hey guys,
I am running a private hive dayz.st chernarus server.

In the past days there was a bug which now happens very often:
A player dies - kill message appears - the player has to go to the lobby, relogg in - he respawns at his death position, with full gear (same as he died) and his corpse is still on the ground (also lootable)

That happens not every time, but often.

Is there any chance to prevent this?

Dont know where to start changing something... some ideas?
