Where exactly on the map does this take place? I tried flying around on my test server looking for it with no luck. Wanted to check it out.

It happens near Skalka.
To remove it, just add // before the war scenario lines in dayz_mission\addons\SARGE\map_config\SAR_cfg_grps_chernarus.sqf
