What is the best way to secure code or where is the best position to put it in the folders to stop it been read or hacked.

I have read a few post about this and some contradict each other.
 
put whatever you can manage to get to work server side. so maybe for the actions in fn_self actions make them call out server side
 
but everything is able to be grabbed with 3rd party tools, nothing is safe if its running on the server and it doesn't matter where it is.. it can be pulled

well most people only know how to get mission files i certainly did not know that
