Server lock with 25 players, help?!

Hey guys,
i'm with some problems in my server. When we get to 25 players our server get locked and start to ask for a password.

We have 50 slots but we can't go with more then 25 players because of this. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

you running any tools like BEC? I'm pretty sure this is a feature of BEC
