Side Chat not working

I noticed that my side chat does not come up in game. Did i miss something on setup?

This may sound pretty noobish. But which specific part in the build.pl? Can't seem to find anything related.

Just run perl build.pl --channels 0,2,6 --world <world> --instance <instance>

Can that be implemented during a server restart without issue?

Would I just copy and paste over the new deploy files?

You would need to copy over the new mission file if all you are changing is side chat.

One more question while I have you (have asked in another thread but no responses). Any idea why Rcon Admin messages would not be sending on the server? Private and Global.

Rcon tool works for everything else kicks/bans/chat logs etc, but no matter what I try it will not send an admin message. Do you have to login to the admin services in-game first for this to work or something? Really unsure as to what may be causing it.

What command are you issuing to talk in Global/Private?

The global command Rcon uses. I've also noticed the private messages come up with "Unable to send message to player".

Do I have to login to in-game admin at least once or something for this to work?
