Side chat white screen/kick

Where is this located in the files? I think it is really cool but I would like to change it a bit if thats possible :O

I saw on a video that when you talked in side chat, your screen would flash white..(not sure if just one server or all) then stay white if you talked in side for too long..
I was wondering where the files that made this happen were located? because it would be cool to modify it.

If it was a custom thing on one server thats alright, thanks for your help
 
Server customization, there is a shrieking/auto-kicking one too... No clue where they came from but assume they're just dayz scripts, you can prob. find them on here.

Makes me think we might want to make admin only VON over global an option for server hosts, and "global audio chat off" an option for players (although it already is but most don't realise, VON volume set to zero only affects global side chat audio, not direct, group, or vehicle.)
