Simple error need second opinion.

I load up my server everything goes smooth. when i go to join in the game and its reading dayz mission files my Mysql debug comes up with this:

and then poof......"Arma2 OA has stopped working" windows error.
I just dont get it it worked fine last night and now this this morning. Any help would be great.
