Siphoning Fuel from cars and using fuel pumps to fill Jerry Cans..

Greetings,

I currently run a DayZ Tavania server hosted by DayZ.st, I am working on customizing it. One of the things that I want to add to my map/server is the ability to siphon fuel from cars and fill jerry cans from the fuel pumps at the petrol stations.

I am pretty knew to this so I am learning the code/database ends of running a DayZ server. Could anyone explain how I would go about this?
