Starting with civilian skin

Hey guys!

I'm new here, and i wonder if there is a way to config~ the player skin when he log into the server. I know there is a way, but i only saw military skins. There is a way to put civilian clothes ?

I want to make Random, you log now you can be a civilian, but another guy can log and be a police man and the other one an rock'n roll man....

Is possible to do this ?!

Well, maybe with the unbanned skins yes. But it is going to be a somewhat lengthy process, there is a thread around here that solves your problem though!
