Thinking About A Custom Ban Or Kill Script For Admins

Any Body Know How To Make A Script That Will Play This Sound (Starting At 5 Seconds)

Then Kill/Blowup The Designated Player?
I Think This Would Be Useful For Getting Hacked Characters Out Of The Database But A Funny Way To Do It.

Not a really bright idea. 5 seconds is plenty of time to trash the server if I'm hacking and know I'm about to be banned anyway. The less attention you give them the better off everyone will be, just get them off the server then post the catch publicly so we can all benefit.
