Unable to pick up custom skins

I have un-banned all the skins i would like to spawn, i can see them on ground and in Gear option but unable to move them to Inventory, but able to move them to backpack, can someone point out where might be the error ?

Custom skins don't working with orginal client. You need custom client for using pickable skins.

If you mean the DayZ folder then it's the same as client uses
