Vehicle Repairs not listing parts

Strange bug I've encountered and I'm curious if it's the map or something wrong on my server.

When we go up to a vehicle in need of repairs, it simply has "repair" listed multiple times, but doesn't state what each repair is for. When you click it, it then just comes up and says "You require to repair this"...

Also noticed that my friend who is a 'hero' had an option at the top of his menu to simply "repair car" and it fixed it up even though he didn't have any of the parts.

Is any of this normal behaviour for this map? If not, then does anybody have any ideas what's up?

I've now checked another map on my server and it works fine with that, so it's something about this map causing it. Sadly, I can't for the life of me figure it out.
Here's a screenshot of the problem.

Edit: NVM I found the problem, for some reason the fn_selfActions.sqf was corrupted and missing a few chunks.
