Vehicle Spawns/Former Military Loot Spawns

Could someone tell me where vehicles can spawn? Ive been looking for one for just about the whole day and have never seen one. Only spawn location ive heard of is Green Mountain, and do military spawns (barracks, firestations) spawn anything besides trash and general loot?
 
Ive only seen a motorbike spawn at novy church . maybe other people can add where they have found vehicles so we can all help each other
