Vikings on Shrooms is a bunch of crazy cyperspace vikings, ravaging through the internets in the glorious quest for loot and booty! We are a vision come true; a metagaming community playing whatever we want, when we want.
At VoS we meet up with gamers from all corners of the internets, and together we pillage, burn and laugh throughout multiple universes. LoL, DayZ, CS, BF, Diablo, WoW, GW, Quake- there is no limit when it comes to a gang of Vikings on Shrooms. Not even the sky is out of reach. (I'm serous, were else have you ever seen a Viking in a helicopter?)
When we don't play games, we hang on the forums or talk shit on teamspeak, about everything from philosophy to how to best bake a pizza. (A true Viking loves pizza! Especially if there are mushrooms on it!
We invite everyone to pledge alliance to our saints: Robbaz The king of Sweden and Techno Viking, among all the other Vikings gods, and join us in glory! However, we only allow English and Swedish on our forums! Why you say? Because cyperspace-vikings tend to revert back to their native language when they panic!
The team behind VoS consists of former veterans from high ranking MMO-guilds and is based in Sweden. A lot of our members are swedes, but we welcome people of all nationalities as long as they can speak and write understandable English.
Information about our server:
- Custom Debug Monitor - Can toggle it on/off with <END> key
- Combat Logger Indicator - If in combat and you alt+F4, Next time you login you will have 3000Blood, 15second unconscious and you will be bleeding.
- Epoch Prices - You can now view online all prices for items available at traders
- Survivor Stats - You can now view your own and others Survivor stats
- Custom West Kamenka - Additional City SW of the map
- Lopatino Outpost - Military base with barracks
- Military Base - Novy Lug - Military base with barracks
- Take Clothes - Take clothes from dead players/ai
- Self bloodbag - Be able to give yourself a bloodbag close to a fire
- Safe Tradingzones - Godmode activated in Trading zones now
- Chainsaw & mixed oil Added to building supplies trader - 1x10oz gold for chainsaw, mixed oil for 4 gold
- Tow/lift vehicles - You will be able to tow/lift vehicles with certain vehicles BUT NOT Locked vehicles
- Vehicle Service Point (Refuel, Repair, Rearm) - You can now refuel from gas stations, Repair and rearm Armored vehicles/choppers for a cost
- Side Missions + Bandit Missions - Over 30 Missions added to server
- 3h Day/Night Cycle - Switches to Day/Night every restart
- Area Maintenance for Player Bases - You can now Maintain your whole base through your plotpole
The server is really new so there can be Bugs
