help no longer needed as i got BEC up and running with no error anymore and all is well thanks for trying to help

if you are asking if i have admin rights yes i do and i tried bec it opens and 10 seconds later it closes no error or nothing.

vampire i did notice an odd thing one of the missions involving a hunting party had spawned over water there was no error in the rpt but i thought you should know its the only mission i have seen do that.

didn't realize the weapons were random but since i changed it i have gone through the missions a few times and no error yet.

i think i found another issue man you have for the m16a4 acog this "M16A4_ACOG" is it not supposed to be this "M16A4_ACG" i only seemed to get the error on minor mission 3 i have changed it to "M16A4_ACG" and testing to see if the error goes away.

i am going to assume you are using the blue phoenix tools and if so i had the same issue man you need to add your guid in AdminToolsMain.sqf same you did in the Activate.sqf file and you will have to add it multiple times.
