I thought I understood how the new system works, but i guess not. i found events.xml, which i assume is what all the mission, zombie, and other spawns are based on. i tried editing the vehicle parts to: <event name="VehicleOffroadHatchback"> <waves>0</waves>...

I got the "fowarded to managment" reply days ago, and it was the only reply to the ticket. Still nothing. I gave up. Found another DayZ host with better prices that actually works, and the support people actually reply within a few min. havent had any issues so far...

I was looking to customize my server loot, but couldn't find an updated Item ID list. I finally found this one, and it seems to be complete. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jFQOkaU6kSZJFzMV4NHHgmi95htJzS0_1iM8aCWYCvI/edit#gid=0

nice working very well. thanks much

In the DayZ Beta, we were able to change the Loading Screen logo. I did a quick look at the files, and so much as changed, or i just can't find the settings. Has anyone else been able to find where the loading screen settings are? thanks

Don't get a DayZ SA server from Vilayer. i used to use them back in the dayz mod says, they seemed okay. I received an email from them offering DAYZ servers, so i got one. however, i got it last friday ,and its never worked. I created a support ticket that night, which no one replied to...

I'm so excited. I miss dayz mod and modding and all that good stuff. Glad they finally released it.

sorry meant bicycle. alot on the mind lol

some kid got into my rcon and banned a bunch of people. Not sure how he got into it, but must have some bypassing script kiddy tool. Is there anyway to block this from happening? or ban his ip from connecting? I don't have access to the actual server files (apache or whatever) to ban his ip...

What happens is someone packs a normal spawned bicycle into a toolbox? Does the server treat it as destroyed or? Im thinking maybe that could be caused my vehicle glitch i've been having the past couple of weeks. (vehicles not loading sometimes after restart, etc).

All default loot. He said he hadn't even picked up a gun yet. just was looting regular stuff and the glitch happened. So sounds like regular backpack opening and such.

A buddy i play with finally just this issue. Asked him if his capslocks or something else was on. nope. I suggested that maybe relogging would resolve the issue, but the backpack was completely gone after re joining. Not sure what causes it to happen. its not a caps lock typoe thing. more like...

I'm having a weird issue with my server lately. For some reason randomly after restarts sometimes the vehicles wont load. its as if it can't read the database, or just wont. The vehicles spawn fine when they load. Is this something I could fix? I contacted my host Vilayer to see if they knew...

Alot of my players are complaining about their backpacks randomly disappearing. I personally haven't experienced this, but some of the guys i group with have. It seems their backpack still appears to be there, and other people can access it, but they can't access it themselves, and it doesn't...

What i'm looking for is where the humanity number is defined for bandit/survivor/hero, etc. just change the bandit number to something that is impossible to reach ,and it'll take care of some of the problem with delay in the skins changing/bandit taking affect type stuff.
