i would use this but its already in my database instance_deployable table and declared in my deployable table. but everything other than a tent now gets IGNORED: in rpt log (1.7.7). unless there is a way to unblock these buildings from deployable table that wont work.

usually means u screwed somthing up in mission.sqm. make sure all brackets close and open correctly. also your numbers in item## are increasing by one.
usually this happens when you are first to join server after restart. not giving it time to calculate ur guid. you just need to restart the client most of the time. if you dont want this to happen let the server load then join.

yes you are correct, the mission.sqm is what he is talking about, inside there you can ALSO spawn in vehicles on restarts. but its it very code heavy to do things in there, unless you know where an open bracket should be or should be closed, you will find yourself with a wait for host message...
you dont need to search the database to figure out if they spawned in or not. have it trigger inside your init.sqf
