    I've replied to both, our web server went down late last night, we are migrating tonight to a new host. Our 2.1 is pending the 1.7.5 launch, as well as Martin's 1.1 release. We're also busy on a special build for the upcoming Survivor GameZ.

    Torn is correct in regards to Bliss handling the respawning. It all depends on how you're utilizing the server side package. I for example run my own custom script to respawn vehicles on restart with BEC.

    Have you checked the instance table in the database to see what the instance ID and world ID are set as?

    First thought would be to attempt it with a single digit instance ID, and see if you are able to successfully do it this way. If so, I'd suggest (as mundane as it is) just replacing the instance ID field for each vehicle/world vehicle/etc with 10. Ping me again if you need help, I'd love to...

    You should be able to completely remove fog, clouds, etc with the dynamic weather controls. We were able to do this on our test server and it looked amazing. The standard bliss spawn tables have the vehicles minus radar, however server admins can choose to swap in the versions *with* radar.
