If you can't afford to pay $20 - $50 per month for your hosting fees, I highly recommend finding a better job than mcdonalds. Unlike you, I've got a college degree, a job in my degree field. Hosting fees ain't shit compared to the money I make. I never asked for donations or accepted them and...

Awesome that someone stands up and puts the server owner on notice. I commend you for your integrity. To many douche bags around here run pay to win servers (like @gr8_boi52, @LTGNick, and others.) where they sell gear, bases, vehicles, etc. It's ruined the mod, hence why I've moved on to...

All these kids want easy-mode. Very few players appreciate the concept of an "apocalypse" and what it means in reference to "zombie apocalypse". If a real apocalypse were to occur, they would be the first to die...

Have you been able to hijack the house building system from those arrogant Origins bastards?

Wasn't trolling to begin with. Good day, sir.;)

Allow me to quote you... If what you described,PERL Python PHP Java Jscript MySql HTML5 CSS3 Bash Scripting, isn't applicable here, then why mention it? I'm great at setting up enterprise level hardware for a 1000+ user infrastructure, but that doesn't mean anything here...so I've never...

What scripts have YOU written, using your code? Just curious...coder and scripters write their own code. Being able able to read, pay attention to detail, and add pre-existing scripts to specific .sqf's is not the same as being a scripter or coder. It just means you are experienced enough...

Then you made an error. The code above is EXACTLY a cut from my custom spawns. It works perfect for me and is the EXACT way buttface instructs on how to create static spawns.

I wanted to take this moment to thank the OpenDayZ community and all the members. In a couple weeks I'll be leaving the ArmA II: DayZ community. It's been a fun year. I haven't been a tenured member for real long, but I have grown to really like this place. LOTS of learning from this forum...

That word, value, is a word that should be used loosely. What is of little or no value to you Fred, may be of great or important value to another. Indeed. What's done is done. I think the issue is the fact that originally it was going ot be publicly released and after some while, the devs...

I'm not looking for recognition. What you guys are running though is a lite version of my server build. Still, it's stable, easy, and to the point. Not too much, not too little. Not sure if you guys noticed (you may have), in the mission pbo, in the init.sqf, towards the bottom, the...

:p

Your welcome! :D No need to thank me (because you already did)! LOL. Copied straight from my changelog! Hope you guys do well with your server. I have more features on my private build that I haven't released. If you want those also, PM me and I'll let you know what they are.

Oops. I misread, Seaweeduk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Simple solution...turn off side chat. I have side chat disabled on my server and it's peaceful! But I also have a side chat script that emits a screeching through player headphones or speakers when they try and use side chat. After 3 warnings, it disconnects the player and sends them to the...

Yeah...I highly recommend not doing that. Instead, just fix the problem like this: The issue issue is in the server_updateObject.sqf. This block, around line 92 - 105 _previous = str(_object getVariable["lastInventory",[]]); if (str(_inventory) != _previous) then { _object...

It may be battleye closing the chutes on your players. Or you'll need to open your server_cleanup.fsm and look for this around line 360ish "//Check for hackers" \n "// {" \n " // if(vehicle _x != _x && !(vehicle _x in _safety) && (typeOf vehicle _x) != ""ParachuteWest"") then...

There are instructions in the DZAI folder. That's how I added my custom AI spawns.

This piece of shit @gr8_boi52 has used your help @Maddin to start charging players for the bike. He lied. This script isn't for "admins use only". His little gaming friends are selling this script to players on his server if they want to be able to deploy a bike. He's a lying fucking...
