Thanks! It's working now. Although it does take up to 10secs before the script can "detect". So people can still spam under 10sec intervals without being warned or disconnected it seems like. Anyway to make it detect and warn/disconnect players as soon as they press the side channel over voice key? Anyway, this does keep out the real spammers that talk in side channel because I modified the nosidechat.sqf a bit and just have it disconnect players, no warnings since the script only kicks in when said player press or talk in side channel for 10 long seconds or more.

P.S. I am using the 1.7.7.1 antihack script so that might be the cause of delay in detection.
 
i already tried many things with the current and the previous script.
this script helps very well dealing with people talking accidentally in sidechat.
but if someone double presses shift he can spam as much as he wants. lowering the sleep timer doesnt help obv.
so for that case insta kick by shift press is the only "solution". but i fixed the names not showing up.
