Adding Banned Vehicles without rMod installed

How difficult is it to add banned vehicles to a cherno map withour rMod installed on Bliss/Dayz.st?

Example vehicles, C130J, MTVR etc etc

If you host your own server (not rented) then you can but if you do rent from a server provider you will have no access to the deep DayZ files
(saw this in another post somewhere)
 
This really depends on your goals with your server. The question is do you want to be able to pick up random players? The only way to accomplish this is to make changes to your @Dayz mod folder in the anim, with this method you can even add new vehicles that you download, but remember that anyone who plays on your server must first download "your version" of @Dayz. This is possible with hosts such as Survival Servers and HFB. Keep in mind, people will not be able to play your server without downloading your files first.
 
The easiest thing is rmod, The only other way to do it is like jason and neb said.

a. Edit your @dayz addon and attempt to get people to download it/ create another addon.

b. use rmod that already has a community, a server key, and support for the addon along with most the cool weapons and vehicle added in or unbanned.
