Any idea why my local time wont work ingame

Ive tried having my hive txt file to static for date and time, but its always roughly 4-6 hlurs ahead. I did try to off set it but once my server but that still didnt work.. And my time on my box is correct. But for some reason its always ahead ingame.

Ill try messing around with it later, any ideas
 
Tried local time same thing, doesnt show correct time then after server starts ingame flashes and it goes 4hours ahead, i tried to off set it -4 hours but does the same thing, i even took out the ; any idea why my time is messed up on my server..

I just set it to static for now, even if i changed static restart time from 12 to something else it still stays at 12.. Its a fresh install with latest lite pack files
 
hmm yeah, ill be pushing a major update very soon that should address said issues and a few others
