Any way to make these AI not so difficult?

They are way to OP, most of the time I dont even see them and their accuracy is unreal.
No way to escape these guys out in the wilderness at all.

They are like hackers on steroids!!

Is there a way to make them not so difficult but still a nice challenge ?
