DayZ Overwatch Time issues

Ok so Im using DayZ.st as a hoster and they recently came out with a new short day option which starts your server at 4:00 and progresses into the night if your server restart doesnt happen to soon. My question is that when someone dies or relogs their time gets set back to 4:00 but if you stay on the server for a whole 4 hours the time will still be night but as soon as you relog you get set back to 4:00. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've been in the DayZ.st IRC chat but they haven't helped.

If it starts getting night, relog?

Maybe see if there is a way to adjust the time to say 10am?

It was dark on the server and when I relog the time becomes day again. This would be a problem because if someone was on the server and it was dark for them they couldnt easily be killed by someone who is in day. And I can't change the time DayZ.st blocks access to HiveExt.ini

Mod you can close the thread it was an issue with time sync not running on start up
