I just played on your server and, for some reason, I couldn't gut zombies. I was able to gut an animal. What was weird, was I would get a flash of the option in the center of the screen, it would quickly disappear... and no matter how I maneuvered myself around the body, I couldn't get the option to show up in the contextual menu. Relogged to see if that would fix it and it didn't. Went to another server and didn't have the issue.
I tried it after someone came up in sidechat asking if it was broken or if there was a trick to it.
