[HELP]Problem with cars

When someone enter in driver seat, no one can enter in the car anymore, but if you enter in the back seat you cannot enter in the driver seat either. Can somebody help me ?

I read somewhere that there is a beta fix. It's in the SAR_AI config and says vehicle fix or similar.
