How difficult is it to add C130J's to Cherno without rMod?

How difficult is it to add banned vehicles to servers without rMod?

I know there's a way to do it but I've no idea, I imagine it's the same with weapons though?

It's easy - change the clientside files that ban the class and have your servers users download your own @DayZ mod.

Unbanning it server side only is not possible, same with weapons.
